About

My name is Hilary Graves.  I am the mother of two girls, and I’m a farmer.  I grow lots of winegrapes, vegetables, all natural grass fed beef, pastured chickens and turkeys, and pigs.  My life is very busy, but it is fun-filled and exciting.

Thank you Joseph Dominguez for this photo of me taken at the winery.  You can check out the rest of his beautiful work at http://www.josephdominguez.com

  1. Hey, Hilary, whereabouts is your farm? I congratulate you! You are doing the right thing! I wish I was younger, but, I’m doing what I can now, in my small yard. Since the soil is like adobe brick, getting that in condition to grow something takes a lot of work.

  2. Hello Hilary,

I live in Paso Robles and heard you on the Martha Stewart Radio program today. I am interested in your Ranch club. Where do I find the information on becoming a member.

  3. Hilary we met you 2 weeks ago in the restaurant in Paso with your Wild Horse wine which was wonderful and your quick visit to our table was very interesting. How do I order some or your wine or join your wine club. I too love the French county side and visit each year near the Chateau Neuf de Pape area.

    • Hi Richard! Nice to hear from you. My brand is Mighty Nimble, and it does have a bronco on the label, but don’t get it confused with Wild Horse which is another local brand here on the Central Coast. I have wines available for purchase now, as well as all-natural grass-fed beef. I will send the details to your email address. Feel free to reach me via email as well at hilary@mightynimble.com. Thank you for your interest!
